Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check our store for current promotions and thresholds.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. International shipping may be available in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@lukandco.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
